Spare Parts Junior Buyer

You will be based in Susegana (Italy) in a modern office setting with 21 colleagues dedicated to Purchasing Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance services across Europe.

We are looking for a Junior Spares buyer to carry-on sourcing activities for Spares Parts in BA Europe. In this role you will work in close collaboration with Ops. Logistics, Supply Chain and Sales to ensure best-in-class service level at competitive costs.

**Your main tasks**:

- Implement the best Sourcing Strategies for Spares Parts in BA Europe, ensuring proper execution and compliance.
- Accountability on supplier cost performance & service level
- Develop a collaborative relationship with key peers fostering standardization of the European contractual setup.
- Supplier Relationship Management : ensure proper governance in place by holding a strong commercial relationship with suppliers & stakeholders.
- Search alternative and innovative solutions to improve efficiency, promote sustainability and customer satisfaction.
- Drive and promote continuous improvement actions by leading activities among the team, stakeholders and suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or Engineering
- Work experience in a business environment. Purchasing preferable but also sales, supply chain & customer care are also welcomed.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
- Computer literate, office package, Power BI is a plus
- Experience on any factory ERP System
- Excellent Data management
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Mission driven, fast learning
- Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken any other languages are a plus
