Job Description:
Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts of Terex cranes, ensuring quality within company standards

Key Responsibilities:
Build and assemble cranes according to requirements following safety behaviour, right job sequence, checking bil of material

Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.

Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or with hoists.

Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.

Conducts quality control checks.

Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

Ability to work at heights

Qualifications & Experience Required:
Mechanical education

The required skills for this position are:
knowledge of the assembly methods

ability to interpret the technical documents provided (production order, self-checks modules, picking list, tables, diagrams, etc)

identification of the products assembled in their own phase (their identification and retrieval in the warehouse, recognition on sight, etc.)

knowledge of the specific assembly and control methods for the groups to be assembled (i.e. those not specified in the technical documents, etc)

Ability to work at heights

The desired skills are:
Experience within construction equipment sector

ability to carry out assembly and checks / tests of their own phase (speed, accuracy, reliability);

ability to identify the origins of product non-conformities found on assembled components, and to propose effective solutions for their resolution

ability to train other colleagues to carry out the assemblies

“Team spirit” and collaboration

Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electric principles
