**Posizione**:
The SHOOTING COORDINATOR EUROPE will have the opportunity to work in close cooperation with the E-commerce Department with the main task of coordinating the photo shooting.

The resource will be in charge of coordinating and managing the shooting at European level, in particular with reference to the online channel.

KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS
- Shooting organisation and realisation according to the e-commerce platform and the shared stylistic guidelines
- Managing and supporting the shooting timing, sample preparation and post-production
- Collaborating with functions such as E-commerce, Merchandising, Product and Logistics to be aligned with collection releases and the

arrival of samples
- Working to constantly improve the E-Commerce shooting process, actively contributing to the creation and updating of photo shoot

guidelines
- Collaborate with external agencies

**Requisiti**:

- Good knowledge of Italian
- Good knowledge of English
- Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
- Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information
- Good in coordinating projects at European level
- Knows how to deal with people, good teamworker
- Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization
- Attention to detail

- Advanced Mac OS skills
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Digital camera skills: Canon
- Excellent Photoshop knowledge
- Knowledge of set lighting
