CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ASSISTANT

Il ruolo
La figura del Project Assistant è la figura partner del Responsabile di Branch delle Installazioni e dei Supervisori di Cantiere per la gestione delle commesse, dalla configurazione sino al rilascio delle certificazioni degli impianti, assicurando la corretta implementazione di tutte le procedure del Gruppo Schindler e nel rispetto dei tempi richiesti dal Cliente.

**Attività principali**:
Produrre i Disegni di disposizione per la produzione degli impianti;
Supportare il Supervisore di Cantiere nella gestione dei costi di commessa;
Interfacciarsi con l’ufficio tecnico per lo sviluppo delle commesse Custom;
Finalizzare la configurazione técnica e gli ordini degli impianti (ascensori e scale mobili);
Inviare gli ordini di acquisto al centro logística di Gruppo a Saragozza-Spagna;
Emettere gli ordini ai fornitori locali;
Gestire i flussi autorizzativi per la produzione e l’emissione delle dichiarazioni di conformità;
Supportare il Supervisore di Cantiere nella richiesta dei SAL per la fatturazione;
Effettuare la chiusura mensile dei conti economici di competenza;
**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Ingegneria civile o affini
gradita pregressa esperienza in attività analoga in aziende strutturate
Conoscenza del gestionale Sap (preferenziale)

**Conoscenza della Lingua Inglese**:
B1/B2

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, livello C3, Ral 27.642,55, 3k di premio legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi personali, 200 euro Welfare
