All’interno del sito produttivo di Segrate verrai inserito nell’area Quality Systems.

Nello specifico riporterai al Quality Systems Manager occupandoti sotto la sua responsabilità delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione della documentazione GMP:
Supporta la revisione dei documenti GMP garantendo il rispetto delle norme di buona documentazione

Monitorare il processo di revisione periodica dei documenti GMP in accordo alle scadenze previste

Supporta il Quality Systems nel mantenimento di un sistema di archiviazione e classificazione della documentazione GMP

Supporta la gestione del sistema documentale elettronico in uso nello stabilimento
- Training:
Supporta il QS Manager nella pianificazione ed erogazione al sito della formazione inerente le Good Manufacturing Practices e Data Integrity

Collabora nella gestione del sistema di Learning Management di stabilimento attraverso la creazione in esso di anagrafiche, corsi formativi e registrazione esiti

Supporta il continuo monitoraggio mediante il sistema di Learning Management dei gap formativi relativi alla formazione GMP del personale dello stabilimento
- Quality Systems:
Collabora con il team al fine di garantire una corretta gestione, elaborazione e archivio della documentazione GMP in carico al gruppo (Change Control, CAPA, Reclami, SOP)

Supporta nella corretta gestione dei record nei sistemi di qualità elettronici in carico al gruppo

Supporta nella preparazione delle ispezioni GMP di clienti e autorità regolatorie

Requisiti:

- Laurea in discipline scientifiche preferibilmente in CTF/Farmacia/Chimica
- Precedente esperienza nel settore farmaceutico anche mínima (almeno 1 anno)
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Completano il profilo proattività, buone capacità relazionali e comunicative, predisposizione al lavoro in team

Si offre contratto in somministrazione di 9/12 mesi scopo assunzione, CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico Livello D3
