Involved in motorsport since 1907, Pirelli has been the exclusive global tyre partner to the FIA Formula One World Championship since 2011. Moreover, since 2004 it has been Sole Tyre Supplier of the FIM Superbike World Championship and starting from 2021 season, Pirelli is also exclusive supplier to FIA World Rally Championship, both environments where the tyre manufacturer already developed some of its most important specialties, later transferred to its regular road tyres products.

**Main activities**:

- Collect unstructured data from different stakeholders and prepare excel reports or power point presentations.
- Work with finance to extract SAP data on order for both CAPEX and OPEX to monitor Digital Spending vs Budget
- Ensure Digital governance processes are followed by the organization (OPEX Cost Approval, Consultancy Approval, Approval of exemption, Investment Committee,)
- Prepare reports about change request budget consumption vs budget spending.
- Prepare the files to be shared with planning and control team relating to the reversal costs for the company
- Prepare and monitor cash flow planning
- Ensure the six-monthly update of the nomination as System Administrators
- Ensure Order entry for Digital Governance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics and Business) or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of digital technologies, content management systems, and web development processes
- Familiarity with excel, digital governance frameworks, industry standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel
