DEMAND PLANNER MANAGER
**Posizione**:
La figura collaborerà a stretto contatto con il Supply Chain Manager nella gestione del sito logistico e con l’ufficio acquisti, occupandosi della gestione dei riordinatori. In particolare sarà dedicato alle seguenti attività:
- Preparare i dati: ripulisce le vendite, controllare le tendenze, impostare la stagionalità a breve e lungo termine
- Produrre previsioni di vendita di base a livello di categoria/canale
- Integrare le previsioni di base con aumenti adeguati in base al piano commerciale dell'azienda
- Seguire le previsioni a breve termine e regola quando necessario, analizza e perfeziona i parametri di rifornimento del negozio
- Gestire la fase di fine vita dell'articolo per ridurre al minimo l'inventario residuo
- Garantire un flusso costante di comunicazioni con offerte, marketing, finanza e vendite
- Interagire con il team di pianificazione della fornitura per aiutare a tradurre le previsioni di vendita nel miglior piano di rifornimento in base ai principali obiettivi di servizio e inventario
- Monitora i KPI: disponibilità a scaffale, accuratezza delle previsioni, giorni di inventario, obsolescenza delle scorte
**Requisiti**:
- Ottima conoscenza nell'analisi, previsione e gestione della domanda
- Forti capacità analitiche in un atteggiamento di problem solving e proattivo
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di previsione e spirito imprenditoriale verso nuovi progetti
- Buone capacità relazionali per ricevere input da diversi team
