**LA POSIZIONE**

Save the Children Italia è cresciuta nel tempo fino a diventare un’organizzazione che conta oggi circa00 persone tra staff e collaboratori, in larga parte basati negli headquarters di Roma.
La sede di Roma è ospitata in un edificio antico e tutelato che per struttura, tipologia di allestimenti,
dimensioni e pregio storico e artistico richiede un importante sforzo di cura e manutenzione. La sede
d’altra parte consente la possibilità di ospitare eventi nell’auditorium e nelle sale più grandi, attività
che si è rivelata intensa in questi ultimi anni, e che comporta impegno per la gestione ed il
coordinamento dei service coinvolti.
La posizione di Headquarters Services Lead ha la responsabilità di sovraintendere alle attività di office
management, di front office, di hospitality eventi e di servizi di supporto allo staff quali ad esempio la
mobilità.
Il ruolo di guida di tali processi viene svolto in coordinamento con il resto dell’Organizzazione, richiede
comprensione e capacità di coordinare le interdipendenze tra le diverse funzioni e l’interfaccia tra i
relativi sistemi gestionali e deve realizzarsi nell’ottica del miglioramento continuo.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’**
- Definire i livelli di servizio dell’ambito Headquarters Services, tendendo ai più elevati standard di

riferimento, rispettando i vincoli normativi in vigore, assicurando un approccio di ascolto, cura e
collaborazione; definire ed aggiornare le procedure operative e gli ordini di servizio di
competenza.
- Contribuire all’ottimizzazione e alla professionalizzazione dei servizi, elaborando proposte di

miglioramento continuo nelle procedure, nelle soluzioni gestionali ed operative, nella governance
e nell’allineamento funzionale con le altre aree dell’organizzazione (tra cui HR, Finance, Legal, IT)
per le interdipendenze dei processi.
- Pianificare e gestire il budget dell’ambito Headquarters Services, valutarne l’andamento

complessivo e proporre al line management i necessari correttivi in caso di scostamenti.
- Gestire la reportistica per la Direzione svolgendo analisi di dati dai sistemi gestionali.
- Assicurare che l’allocazione, l’allestimento e l’utilizzo degli spazi interni ed esterni della sede

produca il migliore rapporto possibile costo/beneficio in termini di user experience e
valorizzazione dell’asset. Supportare le periodiche riallocazioni degli spazi di lavoro secondo la
logica “activity based” in coordinamento con le funzioni HR e IT, proponendo diversi scenari basati
sui dati di presenza.
- Sovraintendere alla gestione dei fabbisogni ordinari della sede di Roma, assicurando che essa offra

le condizioni ottimali per lo svolgimento dell'attività lavorativa, garantendo il perfetto
funzionamento degli impianti e la massima cura, pulizia ed efficienza degli spazi. Sovraintendere
alla selezione, alla contrattualizzazione e alla gestione dei fornitori di manutenzioni ordinarie.
