**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Business, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

The Fulfilment Specialist will be responsible to provide on time professional data to the customer on any aspects, ensure customer satisfaction on any matter that relates to delivery dates, coverages and will be accountable for clear and effective communication.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Point of contact for the customer, oversees the processes between customer requirements and the company deliveries to ensure that expectations are met
- Establishing close working relationship with all levels of customer representatives
- Focused review on 13-week LOB management for assigned supplier, ensuring daily/weekly call pattern with suppliers to manage/escalate misaligned dates that have ability to impact business
- Maintain “timely” release of schedule amendments, shipping notices, and other required documents
- Ensure supplier delivery commitments are understood and communicated to the Fulfilment Lead
- Ensure customer delivery commitments are understood and communicated to the team
- Where unable to get the required commitment from suppliers, ensure the issues are escalated in a timely manner to Fulfilment Lead to support a developed recovery plan
- Interact with other function to guarantee the right support and define priorities
- Meet with the customers as required on a formal and informal basis to understand and define their requirement
- Providing the customers with periodical reports as agreed and required
- Work closely with other functions to ensure execution and finalization of all pending action Items

**Qualification/Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Economics
- Good proficiency with SAP and Office
- Previous experience interacting with external stakeholders (i.e. suppliers/customers)
- Team worker
- Good oral and written communication and presenting skills
- Fluent Italian and English both oral and written
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
