Position: HR Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with compliance matters such as maintaining employee records, ensuring the company complies with labour laws (various locations but primarily Italy), and filing reports with government agencies.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Help new employees with the onboarding process, including providing orientation, collecting and verifying documents, and explaining company policies.
- Assist with employee relations matters such as handling employee complaints, maintaining employee files, and tracking employee attendance.
- Help employees with benefits enrollment and processing benefit paperwork.
- Assist with payroll processing by verifying timesheets, tracking time off, and responding to employee payroll inquiries.
- Creatively introduce and Coordinate training programs and ensure that employees attend the necessary training sessions.
- Support the performance management process by administering employee evaluations and assisting with goal setting.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related events.

Qualifications:

- Fluent/ Native in Italian
- English min. B2 level
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field desired
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Knowledge of Italian HR, labour laws and regulations preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR-related role
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in GSuite
- Familiarity with Agile methodology (optional)
