The "Internship" Level is the main entry point into ELC, important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function.
ELC HR Talent Acquisition
The HR team is the main partner of the company functions to ensure the proper management of processes and alignment of people with business activities. ELC approach is constantly oriented to ensure the insertion of the right person in the right role in order to rise the talent bar.
The Role
The HR Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR team of the Italian Affiliate in the management of the processes related to the research and selection for corporate roles at local level. The Intern will be inserted in a highly dynamic context in which it will have the opportunity to acquire experience and knowledge on the main topic on the Talent Acquisition and Talent Attraction, proactively supporting operation flow with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct recruitment journey. Moreover, the resource will have the opportunity to support the implementation of the new Talent Acquisition projects at local level.
Key Performance Areas
- Position brief and alignment with Head Hunter and proactive collaboration for short list identification and market mapping/role creation;
- CV screening, first telephone contacts and interviews with reference Managers;
- Drafting of Job Description;
- Support to the creation of vacant positions and new roles on the internal company platform;
- Project Support: support for TA Projects at local level, from the implementation to the execution in the Affiliate;
- Support in the creation of database recruitment and calculation KPI, plus drafting organizational charts on a monthly basis;
- Creation of Order for the payment of invoices recruitment, ensuring the correct budget impact;
- Contacts with Head Hunter and support with the reference Team for scouting new companies to collaborate with.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in psychology, economy or equivalent title;
- Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook);
- Good organizational skills and flexibility;
- Passion and curiosity for the themes of Talent Acquisition;
- Punctuality and respect of deadlines;
- Problem solver, open to the different point of views and empathic;
- Appreciated minimum experience within HR departments/Head Hunting.
