**IS Expert, MES Technical Coordinator**
**Primary purpose summary**
The IS Coordinator has the objective of coordinating the technical activities required for the preparation, update and/or maintenance of the technological platforms underlying the business solutions within his domain. Once the non-functional demand is collected, the IS Technical Coordinator:
- Activates the technical groups to perform the feasibility evaluation.
- Plans the technical resources necessary for their implementation.
- Interacts with the relevant counterparts to plan downtimes.
- Supported by the architects, activates, and coordinates the technical teams to ensure that required activities are performed in alignment with agreed timelines and modalities.
- Verifies that the applicable documentation is always up to date according to Aptar requirements and way of working. The IS Coordinator, relating to his specific domain, collaborates with the incident/request management team to perform the service review and to ensure proper continuous improvement processes are triggered. The IS Coordinator, together with the architects relating to his specific domain, supports the project managers in defining the project plans by assessing resources availability and activity effort. The IS Coordinator reports to the management the status of the service he manages, indicating the risks, and the applicable mitigations. The “IS Technical Coordinator” reports to Technical Architecture Design & Operation team
