**Aeronautical Instructor**:
TXT Group is looking for an Aeronautical Instructor to join the Aerospace & Defence division of the TXT e-Tech Group company, for training ground maintenance and specialised technical support staff, for training support at a major customer in the Aerospace sector.

**Main Responsibilities**:
The Ground Instructor will be responsible for conducting training activities for technical and maintenance courses.
In particular, he/she will have the following responsibilities

Creation of ad hoc training material with respect to the client's needs and relative revision of existing material

Delivery, in English, of courses with theoretical/practical training with demonstration lessons in the classroom, hangar or flight line at the customer's premises

Continuous updating on course topics, in particular aircraft technology and configuration, to meet standard training requirements;
Collaborating with other instructors and the course leader in the preparation of the training plan:
Preparation and updating of examination papers and related management of course examinations as examiner

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of EASA Regulations and aviation legislation;
Previous experience in consulting technical documentation
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook);
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Experience in carrying out training activities, preferably in the aeronautical field
At least 4 years' experience in the aeronautical field as an aircraft maintenance/testing/ertyfing staff member or other duties leading to knowledge of aircraft systems;
The following will be considered as a plus in the evaluation
previous experience as an instructor (preferably as a ground-based aviation instructor):
good knowledge in Part 145 (MO) and Part 66 (AML B1.3 is a plus);
possession of some of the following certificates/certifications (Human Factor; Maintenace
Avionation Military Legislation MAML).

**Educational background**: Degree in aerospace engineering, electronics, mechanics, computer science or aeronautical diploma

The resource must have strong competence in public speaking, aptitude for problem solving, communication and organisational skills, and be able to work both in a team and individually.

The training activity will take place at facilities in Varese, but foreign travel is possible.
