**The Divisional Control Office is the function that identifies, aggregates, manages and mitigates risk across the core activities of operational risk management, supporting the Deutsche Bank IPB strategies whilst protecting the Bank. The team works with cross-functional and global teams, collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally across the Bank.**:
**Role Description / Responsibilities**:

- **Contribute a range of non-financial risk topics including but not limited to framework requirements, Key Controls, Risk and Controls assessment, non-financial risk reporting, KPI monitoring, Reputational Risk assessments, finding management;**:

- **Support governance activities for IPB and DB Spa’s forms, in particular, prepare presentations and other reports;**:

- **Document, review and maintain various policies, procedures and KODS relating to IPB Non-Financial Risk management;**:

- **Ensure that any sensitive issues are escalated promptly with sound analysis and recommendations;**:

- **Contribute to the development and build know-how within the global IPB DCO team.**:
**Education & Experience**:

- **University degree, preferably in Economics / Science / with quantitative background;**:

- **Knowledge of non-financial risks;**:

- **Experience of maintaining and developing reporting dashboards and/or identification and assessment of controls and processes, ideally in the field of non-financial risks;**:

- **Relevant experience in the Private Banking/ Wealth Management sector/ Experience in the field of financial services or consultancy preferred;**:

- **Projects management experience within an international environment;**:

- **Proficiency with Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint;**:

- **Strong work ethic, commitment to excel and proven capacity to work effectively with limited supervision;**:

- **Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship skills;**:

- **Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken skills). Ability to document & finalize policies, meeting documents and related NFR artifacts.**:
