**Job Title** : WORKSITE QUALITY MANAGER**

**Position in the Organisation**

**Organisational Reporting**
- Hierarchical: Site Quality Manager
- Functional: Worksite Manager

A different reporting can be defined for any projects and specified in related Project Quality Plan

**Network & Links**

Internal: Site Quality Manager, Project Quality Manager, Worksite Manager, Project Manager, Project Team

External : Customer, Subcontractors

**Mission**

**Measurement**

Personal KPI are defined by hierarchical manager

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure quality in worksite through:

- supervision of quality controls carried out by Alstom's teams and subcontractors
- management of quality control documentation produced in worksite and preparation of final dossier
- monitoring and verification of implementation in the field of corporate and site quality procedures and project quality documentation
- appropriate feedback to project team to capitalize experience and rex from worksite
- non conformities management, including animation of problem solving and interface with Customer/TJV partners for solution
- support to Project Quality Manager in Quality System management in worksite
- periodic quality reports to Project Quality Manager, Project Manger and Site Quality Manager

**Educational Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Alternatively, 1 year of experience in the position

**Knowledge / Experience**
- ISO 9001 standard knowledge (desired)
- Experience in worksite (desired)
