WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Embedded within the Technology organization, but representing the cross-functional Platform teams, the Product Development Process and Methods Team is responsible to drive a consistent framework and set of tools to effectively manage complex programs and strengthen accountability for tactical program execution. The team also provides oversight and coaching for program execution leads within the platform and program teams.

As a Lean Product Development (PD) Coach, you will drive the move towards lean PD collaborating with key stakeholders to assist in the implementation of improvements across business segments managing the development and deployment of the CNH Industrial Business System (CBS) working closely with Senior Leadership Team (SLT) member (Scott Moran) responsible for the CBS. Undertaking assessment of competency and skills, processes, and tools for Lean PD and organisation. You will serve as a mentor and a change agent to all product platforms to encourage use of best practice within the PD process. You will assist the platform teams in implementation and execution of the agile/ scrum methodology by providing coaching and guidance.

This hybrid management position will work directly with the Product Development teams and stakeholders ensuring efficient program delivery.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Delivering program management and lean PD training, and supporting the implementation of systems engineering principles including organizing, material preparation, training, and follow up coaching.
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing program data and present as program and portfolio KPI for Senior Leadership (SLT)
- Evaluating portfolio and program Return-on-Investment and Risks to identify coaching opportunities
- Ensuring program managers and cross-functional multi-cultural product development teams deliver customer requirements management, risk management and resource planning. Providing guidance, coaching and practical help as and when required
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards
- Developing use of agile / scrum methodologies for mechanical and / or software development to improve efficiency and predictability of program delivery, supporting key SLT objective.
- Execute and facilitate End-to-End Product Development Value Stream mapping to ensure continuous process improvement and the removal of waste.
- Drive the development and deployment of the CNH Industrial Business system in relation to Product Delivery efficiency, driving continuous process improvement

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
**Education and Experience**

Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Program/Project Management, Product Development, or equivalent experience
- Min 8 years in product development
- Min 10 years in managing cross-functional program team
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or equivalent

Preferred
- Min 5 years in lean product development environment/Agile/Scrum methodologies for mechanical and/or software
- Min 5 years as scrum master or product owner
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and 3-5 years leading lean six sigma projects
- PMP Certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps or equivalent

- Providing coaching to program managers and cross-functional multi-cultural product development teams
- Leading by influencing across organization levels and boundaries and hold others accountable
- Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions including commercial, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and engineering

- Lean Innovation and new product portfolio prioritization and management
- Model Based System engineering (INCOSE or equivalent) approach and requirement management methods and tools
