Help Desk

Reporting into the Head of Cyber Security, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our computer systems and software within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s hardware and software needs, providing support in our office in Lomazzo and to our remote employees.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Ensure that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly
- Install programs, configure networks and provide assistance to end users.
- Laptops and user management of the current and new employees
- Maintenance of the current fleet of laptops and hardware
- Troubleshooting on office hardware (printers, monitors, hardware, Conference devices...)
- Troubleshooting on office network (Help Security Team / IT )
- Troubleshooting on office software
- Take part in IT projects with other company departments
- Collaborate with Head of Cybersecurity in implementing security protocols and best practices
- VM configuration on business needs

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- English - our team is multinational and English is our official language
- 1+ years of proven relevant experience.
- Knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Experience with MAC systems.
- Ability to efficiently solve complex problems.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Customer and solution-oriented mindset.
