**YOUR ROLE**
- ensure the quality and reliability of new products and transfer/change for old products
- define and to negotiate with divisions and Customer the qualification plan and stress test conditions
- assess process change for products already in volume production and prepare the qualification plan
- Master problem solving techniques and statistical data analysis
**YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Electronics and Physics Background
- Skill in Data Analysis, Synthesis and problem solving
- Proactive approach, communication, creativity, teamwork and negotiation ability
