**LEGAL & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST**

**MISSION**

**We offer a temporary contract.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage legal issues, providing counsel and support across the spectrum of legal matters.
- Manage compliance activities, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Provide legal support to various business functions, contributing to informed decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, monitoring regulatory changes and adapting corporate policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including external legal consultants, to ensure effective handling of legal matters.

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in the business sector.
- Ability to handle legal issues and provide counsel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to analyze the business issues and identify proper actions.
- Goal-oriented

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Admission to the bar would be a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in legal roles
