About the Vacancy
To support our further Italian growth, we are looking to improve on our asset management and country maintenance and facility management strategy; not only regarding our existing assets but also for enhancing future projects. You will be positioned to form a reliable colleague for our Italian colleague and interfacing with the technical internationally operating Design & Engineering Team. As asset manager you are responsible for structuring the asset management process, creating a preventive maintenance plan and verify the execution and develop the maintenance policy which can be used for the new sites.
For our existing sites you will be responsible for setting up the process to manage and support the maintenance and the spare parts management and develop the guideline of the engineering team in collaboration with the Site Leaders.
For new projects you will be part of the project team and your input is needed to find the optimum technical solutions but also verify the commissioning and gain the knowledge from the suppliers to transfer to the local Italian employees and engineering team.
Based in one of the NC Italian site, but being an overhead role you will travel according the requirements in the facilities of the company when is needed, according the company requirements and the Country Manager indications.
You will be part of a multifunctional team and exposed to many parts of our global business.

What will you do?
Setting up the asset management process and organization
Liaising and manage the local engineers to make the process work
Monitor the maintenance process based on quality and Total Cost of Ownership
Support the local engineers in their contact with suppliers
Provide feedback for new developments
Manage maintenance and specialist contracts
Support the development process
Support the Site Manager for assist the operations productivity
Support the Country Manager in the growing strategy

We are looking for a knowledgeable and thorough colleague, someone who take initiative and who is resolute. In addition:
Relevant technical Bachelor or Master's Degree
Skill to speak in English
Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment
Willing to travel on a fairly regular base
Evidence of a strong background in Asset management
Additional PLC, MHE and Maintenance Management skills
Project Management basic knowledge and experience
At least 10 years of relevant (maintenance and/or asset management) experience
Accountability, reliability and open to marry a project for the next at least 5 years growing plan being part of the team that report directly to the Country CEO
