**Job description**:

- Global Trade Compliance Organization ( GTCO) is hiring a EMEA Trade Compliance analyst to support EMEA Regional Trade Compliance Managers’ (RTCM) activities and coordinate our global due diligence requirements and compliance checks.
- More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the End User Statement (EUS) process, including their review and upload into SAP GTS (Global Trade Services), and the follow up on any missing or expired ones.
- Managing GTCO Sanctioned Party (SPL) screening process, including the review and release of any SPL screening blocks in GTS, and conducting ad hoc reviews where needed.
- Coordinating export licensing reports in EMEA for both tangibles and intangibles transfers
- Supporting due diligence and checks on transactions with sensitive countries/entities.
- Provide administrative support to GTCO site assessments and other GTCO driven audits
- Supporting RTCMs in the in-depth analysis of ST dual use products, documents, and transactions to ensure accuracy and identify potential gaps
- Coordinating with the RTCMs any Customs codes reviews and other Customs related tasks.

**Profile**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver under strict deadlines.
- Experience in Trade Compliance, EU dual use regulations, Sanctions. US export regulations a plus.
- Advanced analytical skills and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel and Access. Knowledge of SAP GTS preferred.
