**SAFETY EMPLOYEE**

**Responsabilies**:
Specifically, the resource will take care of:

- Make frequent inspections in the warehouse
- Check that the work of external safety maintenance companies complies with the safety requirements required by current regulations
- Check the periodicity of maintenance interventions required by law
- Check the correct management of the safety maintenance register
- Check and report any possible potentially dangerous situation, for safety purposes
- Identify, in collaboration with the RSPP, any / potential risk factors
- Carries out safety inspections in the depot of its competence, interfacing with the respective depot managers, in order to integrate the safety regulations with operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and in the Workplace or Engineering for Occupational Safety and the Environment or similar;
- Knowledge of the Legislative Decree 81/08 Safety at work;
- Previous experience of at least 3 years on the role of ASPP, with good familiarity in the field for carrying out specific inspections to verify the existence of safety requirements / procedures;
- Preferable origin from structured business realities;
- Compulsory training for the exercise of the ASPP function: Module A-B of the course for ASPP (preferential if related to companies with Ateco Code 52.10.1 - Storage and custody);
- Training and requirements to carry out training activities in the safety field (Article 6 paragraph 8, letter m-bis of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments and Decree 06/03/13). (e.g. training courses in the Safety field such as State Regions agreement, Supervisors, etc.);
- Good knowledge of PC use and the Office Package (in particular Word and Excel);
- Course for internal / external auditor ISO45001 or former OHSAS 1800 (preferentially requested)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Excellent problem solving, target oriented and relationship skills.

**What we offer**:
The type of contract and working hours will be discussed in more detail during the interview.
Willingness to work also on shifts and Saturday and Sunday depending on the specific business needs of the site is requested.
Important is the ability to reach the place of work autonomously within the scheduled hours.
An insertion plan will be drawn up for the function ad hoc with respect to the role to be filled.
