Position Summary

As a Pool Attendant you will be responsible for the upkeep of our pool areas to deliver a memorable experience to all our guests demonstrating passion, knowledge and care.

In this Role You Will
Prepare and maintain the pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner
Ensure an excellent pool experience for our guests, creating a sense of welcoming and assisting them with seating arrangements
Display the highest level of knowledge and professionalism in all interactions
Anticipate and address guest needs by showing an authentic interest in preferences to ensure a personalized approach
Address and handle guests’ complaints with empathy and understanding and ensure a timely resolution
Maintain an efficient coordination with all team members to ensure the highest level of service

Job Requirements
Brevetto di salvataggio (lifeguard certification)
Flexibility, initiative and a team approach
Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills
Good spoken Italian and English
Legal right to work in Italy
