D **ematic, **based in Cernusco S/N **, **is looking for **Operation Specialist **, to be hired with a **permanent contract **for our Customer distribution Center at Trecate, **very close to Novara **.**

The **Control Room Technician **, is going to:

- Supervise all the processes and faults by SCADA system
- Understand the issues and prioritize the maintenance activities
- Provide technical assistance, support and alerts to field technicians
- Able to interpret data and communicate effectively
- Good communication skills to manage a variety of incoming calls

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Technical Diploma
- **1-2 years of experience in Industrial Automation**:

- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical schemes
- **SCADA **knowledge will be a plus
- Available to work based on a shift schedule
- **Good level in English and Italian **both written and spoken
