Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Pre Series Center (PSC) Analysis Electrical Traction**to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the**Head of PSC**.
You will be responsible to perform analysis and troubleshooting on the vehicles through a specific technical competence related to the components/systems family who is responsible and relative functionality and architecture issues from the early phase development to proto phase in order to bring the lesson learned to the new products from the analysis performed.
**You will**:
- Perform physical measurement on specific systems
- Follow analysis and troubleshooting activities
- Perform diagnosis on the vehicle claim
- Address root cause analysis on specific technical systems and Whole vehicle
- Handle technical discussion with R&D department and quality department for supplier claim
- Be involved in the proto assembly phase in collaboration with R&D department
- Be involved in the pre-series assembly phase in production
- Offer support and analysis in series advanced production, including the active participation to the problem solving process for series
- Support other company areas (R&D, After Sales, Quality) for advanced analysis and trouble shooting
- Take part in the following Committees/Meetings: Problem solving meetings (Schadenstisch), Simultaneous Engineering Teams (SET), Technical meetings and Production Meeting
**About you**:
- University Degree in Engineering (e.g. Electric/electronic/mechatronic/software)
- At least 2 years in a similar technical role
- Knowledge of Automotive manufacturing processes and design for assembly
- Knowledge of electrical measurements and vehicle software configuration and diagnosis
- Logtrace interpretation and mechatronic systems knowledge
- Design and CAD skills will be considered as a plus
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving attitude & analytical skills
- Team work and effective communication skills
- Process orientation and lesson learned approach
