**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Prototyping Coordinator, the Colour Operator mainly deals with the edge painting of luxury bags, following the tasks given by the Line Manager (Prototyping coordinator) within project deadlines.
The person will be responsible for all the required phases needed to deliver high quality edges of luxury bags. The person will work in a team of 4, working closely with the prototyping department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reading a pattern and identifying where has to be done the edge
- Suggest possible technical and quality improvements
- Confidence in using specific tools required by the role
- Identifying technical problems during colouring phase.
- Collaborate with Industrialization teams using a continuous improvement approach.

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- At least five years of experience in colouring
- Good knowledge of colouring techniques and process (leather goods)
- Problem-solving and team work qualities.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
