Per il nostro **team **di** Compliance, Governance&Organisation **della sede di** Firenze** ricerchiamo un professionista che si occuperà su Gruppi societari nazionali ed internazionali di:

- sistemi di gestione della compliance normativa aziendale nazionale ed internazionale nei vari ambiti normativi come: D.lgs. n. 231/2001, Antitrust, Anticorruzione, Privacy, Antiriciclaggio, Sanzioni internazionali, Data Governance, Legal & Compliance Assessment, Sicurezza sui luoghi di Lavoro, Codice dell’Ambiente, ecc.;
- sistemi e modelli di controllo interno aziendale;
- sistemi ed assetti organizzativi aziendali;
- sistemi di governance aziendale;
- regolamenti, procedure, policy e protocolli di controllo aziendale
- conduzione di audit e verifiche di compliance su processi, procedure e protocolli di controllo nei vari ambiti normativi come sopra richiamati;
- assistenza nell’ambito di incarichi di Compliance Officer, OdV 231, Collegi Sindacali, Comitati Etici, Comitati Controllo & Rischi anche di Società quotate.
- Laurea magistrale in Economia (LM56 e LM77) con votazione di laurea pari o superiore a 100/110;
- Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista/Revisore legale o volontà di intraprendere la pratica professionale con un percorso da intraprendere in KPMG;
- Buonaconoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Eccellente conoscenza di Office, in particolare Excel;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
- Flessibilità e dinamicità.
