Ventana Serra is Arcese’s Business Unit for Air&Sea Freight Forwarding.

**YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE**:

- To have shipments under complete control;
- To make sure that the data in the system are out of errors;
- To become a guru of export processes and operations;
- To ensure the success of each shipment, working with internal and external stakeholders.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You are precise and love a job well done.
- You have no problem in dealing with troubles and stressfull situations.
- You are fluent in English;
- You had previous experience in Sea Export Operations.
