- Crazy Pizza derives from Majestas, which is the leading curator of luxury dining, entertainment experiences and indulgent living. - We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic General Manager to join our wonderful and dynamic front of house team in Crazy Pizza Varazze._

**Experiences & Skills**:

- Verify the efficiency and the quality of the services offered in compliance with the defined standards.
- Guarantee the achievement of the assigned objectives in terms of profitability and investments.
- Work in a high demanding environment.
- Liaising with department head (Restaurant Manager, Head Chef) than be able to delegate tasks adequately and maintaining high motivation levels in employees.
- Instruct clear guidelines to the management team and staff members.
- Dealing with different types of clienteles with high level of customer service.
- Guarantee the commercial and operational management of the structure, managing also the commercial activities and the relations with suppliers, clients and employees.
- Coordinate and optimize all the company operational and project activities to make them more effective and functional to company targets.
- Consolidate and develop partnerships with the main luxury circuits.
- Responsible for providing strategic planning, efficient operations and leadership, ensuring that the service standards and profitability are maintained.
