La società opera nel settore dell’impiantistica e del facility service sia per committenti privati che pubblici. Il settore di riferimento è quello dell’impiantistica tecnologica, elettrica e idrotermosanitaria; della progettazione e produzione di quadri elettrici per l’automazione industriale e per la distribuzione in generale; dei sistemi di comando di macchinari, linee di produzione, catene di montaggio, sviluppo e gestione di processi.

Posizione

PROJECT MANAGER Edile - Appalti Pubblici

La risorsa, rispondendo al DIRETTORE OPERATIVO, deve sapersi occupare di:

- Studiare e verificare il progetto tecnico prodotto dai consulenti e progettisti, comprenderne tutti gli aspetti, definire il perimetro di azione, capire cosa ricade nel suo ambito e cosa invece è escluso. Definire attività, budget, tempistiche, qualità e rischi, praticamente individuare tutte le peculiarità di un progetto rilevandone le potenzialità ma soprattutto i suoi punti deboli, i limiti e le criticità al fine di arrivare agli obbiettivi tecnico economici prefissati.
- Pianificare tutte le fasi relative all'opera: costi, risorse, schedulazione, qualità, rischio e sicurezza, organizzando i vari processi in modo ottimale, individuando assieme all'ufficio tecnico e acquisti le migliori soluzioni tecnico economiche.
- Supportare nella programmazione delle attività di cantiere e gestire l'approvvigionamento e la logística di tutte le risorse (materiali, attrezzature e manodopera esterna), al fine di garantire la continuità e tempestività dell'esecuzione dei lavori interfacciandosi con tutte le realtà coinvolte nell'opera;
- Coordinare, gestire, monitorare l'esecuzione dei lavori di cantiere al fine di garantire il puntuale completamento delle attività secondo le specifiche tecniche concordate contrattualmente e con la committenza, del budget economico e dei tempi di realizzazione contrattualmente definiti;
- Interfacciarsi quotidianamente con il Direttore Lavori e il RUP o il referente del committente proponendo anche soluzioni, suggerire alternative, collaborare attivamente, guidare verso la soluzione, al fine di accompagnare l'opera fino al suo completamento.
- Redazione della contabilità dei lavori pubblici SAL in contraddittorio con il

Direttore Lavori compresa e la gestione della contabilità passiva nei confronti dei Subappaltatori e fornitori
- Chiusura del progetto con la consegna ti tutta la documentazione richiesta.

Requisiti

Si richiede:

- Formazione técnica: geometra, laurea in ingegneria civile, architettura o equipollente;
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo;
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informativi.
