**SITE RECRUITER**
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- It manages the approval process for "requests for personal induction", ensuring that it takes place in the manner and within the timeframe shared with the Group, and promptly updating the managers involved on the outcome of the process;
- It manages the search and selection process according to the needs of the site, both through direct recruitment (dedicated XPO site, LinkedIn, active search, etc.) and in collaboration with external providers (e.g. employment agencies, headhunting companies, etc.);
- In agreement with its manager, in line with company policies and the assigned budget, it chooses the most appropriate recruitment providers to whom to entrust searches;
- It identifies recruitment needs with the line and, on the basis of the findings, draws up job descriptions and publishes job advertisements;
- It manages Employer Branding activities for the relevant site, coordinating with the central HR department;
- It prepares reports and analyses on selection activities related to the site of competence;
- It manages the administration contracts of the site of competence, interfacing with the Employment Agencies;
- It manages the assigned budget for recruitment and Employer Branding activities in coordination with the central HR department;
- It carries out its activities in compliance with work safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and safety procedures intended as protection of company assets;
- It ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.
**Requirements**:
- University degree and preferably specialisation in HR;
- At least 3 years' experience in the role, in structured companies or in leading headhunting firms;
- Good knowledge of the Office package;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, team orientation, stress management.
