Principali obblighi e responsabilità:

- Promuovere iniziative di sicurezza (S4S, BBS, Circle of Safety, briefing,) e qualità (Circle of Quality, WQD, briefing,) e guidare il team nel raggiungimento dei relativi target;
- Garantire lo svolgimento degli audit nella propria area;
- Garantire che il personale lavori in linea con l’idoneità emessa dal medico competente;
- Gestire i mancati infortuni della propria area attraverso il processo standard (segnalazione, riunione, analisi ed eventuali contromisure)
- Garantire il rispetto degli standard work nella propria area e incentivare il proprio team al miglioramento continuo degli stessi
- Monitorare i KPIs di qualità nella propria area (scarti, ore mancata qualità, DPD), garantire il raggiungimento dei target e mettere in atto eventuali contromisure
- Garantire il dimensionamento e l’organizzazione del proprio team in base ai carichi previsti;
- Coordinarsi con il proprio manager per la gestione del personale temporary nella propria area (inserimento, dismissione, spostamento tra reparti)
- Interfacciarsi con gli enti preposti per gestire eventuali criticità
- Collaborare alla definizione dei target di produttività
- Garantire il raggiungimento dei target di produttività della propria area identificando le criticità e implementando relative azioni correttive
- Utilizzare gli strumenti per il controllo dell'efficienza
- Sostenere e promuove iniziative di miglioramento (partecipando attivamente a progetti nella propria area, incentivando il team nella compilazione dei suggerimenti,)

Formazione ed esperienze richieste:

- Pregressa esperienza di gestione risorse in ambiente produttivo di almeno 3-5 anni
- Preferibile esperienza in contesto metalmeccanico
- Preferibile Laurea in ingegneria gestionale, meccanica o simile
- Preferibile conoscenza Lean Production
- Esperienza e Formazione su aspetti di comunicazione e gestione dei gruppi di persone
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
