Based in Milan, in an international context we are looking for a Collection Merchandiser H/F for our range of accessories.

**The Role**:
As Rossignol Apparel Collection Merchandiser, you are the strategic leader in charge of collection plans. You analyze current performance and follows product development through to sampling, presents the collection to the entire sales network and supports the sales force in the key account sales phase. You have a good knowledge of the end consumer, works with all regions and you are familiar with all distribution channels: wholesale, retail, Ecom.

**Main missions**:
You participate in the planning of the activity, in the elaboration of the budget and take part in the functional reflections and actions between the services. You rely on internal partnerships and external networks that enhance the team's effectiveness.
- Lead the specific management of the category by providing strategic vision and operational excellence in all aspects including sales, operations, communication, marketing and merchandising.
- Work closely with the Design and Production teams to monitor product development and ensure the best mix of products.
- Analyze market needs in collaboration with the Directors, sales and communication to define sales strategies that will increase turnover and market share.
- Facilitate the establishment of a close relationship and partnership with key consumers and trade groups by working closely with sales, communication.
- Validate prices and be responsible for the flat margin of his/her product category and ensure product flow management.
- Drive the creation and deployment of seasonal actions that will strengthen the brand, stimulate consumer demand, and reinforce their proximity to the brand.
- Keep up to date with consumer and market trends
- Analyze forecasts and sales data and update key offer decisions accordingly (price, cancellation, delivery plan, modification).
- Follow-up and validation of product range lists with all internal stakeholders.

**Profile**:

- As a fashion expert, you like challenges and can innovate and propose the right solutions to build the brand and reach its margin and revenue objectives.
- You have a very good knowledge of the management and marketing category and strong commercial skills.
- 3-5 years of experience and a first experience in the outdoor sports sector.
- You are a team player, have excellent synthesis and analysis skills and are comfortable in an international environment. You have a good understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- You are motivated, creative, organized, and rigorous.
