**About the Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the drafting and reviewing, both in English and Italian, of commercial agreements (i.e. sales agreements, service agreements, NDA, sponsorship agreements) as well as commercial documents such as communications with customers and consumers and competition law analysis;
- Daily legal assistance and risk management;
- Liaising with the internal clients;
- Supporting the delivery of legal trainings to internal clients;
- Updating the other members of the Legal Department about the relevant changes in legislation and their influence on group activities;
- Supporting the Legal Department in ensuring the achievement of the Group's priorities;
- Ensuring the compliance with all the Group Policies.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- Student of a Master Degree in Law;
- Business acumen and cross-disciplinary mindset;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- FMCG experience is a plus.

**IT Skills**
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

**Languages**
- Fluent in English;
- Any other European language is a plus.
