**Job purpose**

**T**he Logistics Operation trainee will follow on a daily basis the logistics activities for Bridgestone South Region, with the aim to ensure superior service at optimal costs for Bridgestone’s customers and internal stakeholders.

**Main responsibilities**

Support the team in below activities:

- Set priority for inbound and managing inbound schedule with sources
- Work closely with supply planning and customer service teams to ensure resource is in place to manage operational volumes and throughput. Ensure robust communication channels are maintained for impacted stakeholders.
- Follow daily all operational processes to meet customer needs and solve issues.
- Monitor warehousing interface to ensure data availability and consistency
- Assure accurate Inventory management (stock control; stock in transit; discrepancy adjustment; DOT management)

**Capabilities**
- analytical and problem solving skills; ability to cope with various and changing customer demands.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve operations. Ability to synthesize and communicate outcomes of analysis clearly and effectively.
- Good English

**Preferred Experience**
- Supply Chain or Business related Master’s degree.
