**INTERNAL AUDITOR (M/F/X)**:
**Responsibilities**:
Are you a skilled Internal Auditor looking for your next challenge? Look no further We're seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team and help us drive our company to success. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting audits and follow-ups at our company's subsidiaries and factories. You'll work closely with other members of the internal audit team to develop the Group Internal Audit annual plan and manage its implementation. Your expertise will help us identify control weaknesses and improve the effectiveness of our internal controls.
- Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the Group Internal Audit annual plan and manage its implementation.
- Collaborate with other members of the internal audit team to determine audit objectives, scope, and methodology.
- Conduct interviews, review documents, and perform other testing procedures to gather audit evidence.
- Analyze audit evidence to identify control weaknesses, and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Support in the monitoring of the effectiveness and correct implementation of the Internal Control System over Financial Reporting at Group level (Compliance 262).
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure their effectiveness.
- Support ad-hoc audit activities.

**Job Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 years of experience in Internal Auditor and previously as External Audit in one of the Big 4 audit firms.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge of the ERP SAP is a plus.
