Preferential title the IPMA or PMP certification.

He has managed for at least three years activities aimed at managing complex projects, leading a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the time and overall costs of the project.

Leadership skills required for extended and distributed teams management at different sites

Has attitude to organization and attitude to Problem Solving

He has mastered the English language, both written and spoken for an almost daily use

It must be available for short trips in Italy and abroad.

Has mastery of Office Suite, has knowledge of WinProject or similar

In detail:

- Nominated by the Competence Center, She/he is
- She/he is responsible for a number of Work Packages of the WBS.
- She/he assures that all the required contract documentation is available for the Team.
- She/he writes the Project Charter (provides a preliminary delineation of roles and responsibilities, outlines the project's key goals, identifies the main stakeholders, and defines the authority of the project manager)
- She/he concurs to the definition of theProject Development Plan and drives the internal and external reviews necessary or required;
- She/he proactively coordinates the team with different skills involved in the development and production of the project, including the Quality or Purchase resources. When needed,sShe/he identifies priorities in hes/his perimeter to support and manage team working;
- She/he manages the preparation of project documentation: she/heassures that the documents needed forReviewDatapackages (EQSR, PDR; CDR, MRR, TRR, TRB,DRB, others) are prepared and duly configured by Team members
- She/he is responsible for planning preparation and updating according to operational needs and capabilities of the industrial structures.
- She/he monthly (PDP) and he is responsible for the information used.
- On a monthly basis, once received actual data consolidation, she/he at Control Account and WP Level;
- On a Monthly basis, She/he carries out the analysis of the status of the project in terms of the
- She/he is responsible to plan, monitor and control the procurement of needed materials, parts or whatever is to be procured outside the company. She/he monitor the proper implementation of MRP/MES processes for procurement/manufacturing
- She/he is the with the Program Maganer
- She/he is the between the external Customer, where applicable.
- She/he is responsible for the proactive on the Work Packages inside his perimeter;
- She/he ensures that is prepared and updated;
- She/he handles.
- At least on a monthly basis, she/he is responsible for the towards themanagement and the Program Manager
- She/he is responsible for (OS) belonging to CA (LH) within its competence.
- She/he manages the project closure (closure CA and WP, testing supplies, Lesson Learnt,...)
