**GLOBAL WATER SOLUTIONS** is looking for a **PRODUCT AND SALES **MANAG**ER** to join our committed salesforce. GWS is one of the world’s largest pressure tank and water enhancement product manufacturers. We are looking for a team player and result-driven professional with a forte to strategize and understand market and consumer insights, having strong business ethics, with a solid proven record of exceeding sales and client satisfaction. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The position includes the following responsibilities:

- Management of the market launch of new products
- Analysis of the market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needs.
- Planning of commercial objectives
- Planning of marketing, communication and sales strategies
- Management of marketing activities
- Create the sales force (if needed) to better promote the products.
- Analysis of sales and market data to propose interventions to improve the product.
- Product line development based on market data analysis and consumer response.
- Drafting of the report for the management

**YOUR ATTRIBUTES**:

- University/College Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related fields
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles, with special focus on the Italian market and the HO.RE.CA channel development
- Work experience in the water treatment industry is considered a plus.
- Technical knowledge on water treatment products and consumer high end goods is considered a plus.
- Communicative and creative with good negotiation skills
- Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and cordial personality.
- Analytical approach with a keen interest for Digital Marketing

**YOUR RECRUITING EXPERIENCE**:

- In case your profile is reflecting our requirements, the HR team will set up an initial phone/video call interview of 30 minutes.
- If the HR interview is positive, you’ll be invited to the second interview with the Country Manager.
- We reserve the eventuality to plan a conclusive third and last interview with the EMEI Director or our CEO and, in case this step is not needed, we always check your reference.
