**Assistant Buyer**

With micro teams dedicated to luxury, contemporary, beauty and interior design, the Buying team selects products to be included in the catalog continuously updating the selection based on the latest trends and managing relations with suppliers.

Along with the buyer, you will be responsible for the management of product selection and seasonal purchasing budget by analyzing sales trends and periodically monitoring competitors. You will also manage the ordering process: inserting order information, order confirmation checks, follow-ups with suppliers, obtaining the necessary certification for merchandise to be shipped outside the EU. You will also be in charge of managing the agenda and organizing appointments with brands and suppliers. As part of a team, you and your colleagues will check the visual merchandising of the website daily, as well as manage the layout and content of brand pages and other buying related activities when deemed necessary.
- Requiremen_ts:_
- Full proficiency in Italian and English (French or other language is a plus)
- Excel and office package proficiency is mandatory
- 2 years of experience as assistant buyer or at least in fashion industry
- Degree in business, economics, or related field is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 4-6 months/year travel availability

Full-time maternity cover with a commercial contract
