Tasks
- Customer complaints Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
- Customer complaint Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
- Customer fault SLA improvement
- Onsite Installations/Demonstrations of equipment/instruments and executing testing jobs at project sites.
- Customer complaints Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
- Troubleshooting of equipment/instruments.
**Requirements**:
- Basic understanding of networking protocols.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good analytical skills.
- Basic network Knowledge
- Should have good computer skills and the internet for extracting relevant information.
