Per Hotel Calimala, prestigioso hotel a 4 stelle e 1 Chiave Michelin, situato nel cuore di Firenze siamo alla ricerca di un Night Porter dinamico e affidabile per unirsi al nostro team.

**Responsabilità Principali**:

- Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti durante il check-in e il check-out notturno.
- Gestire le richieste e le esigenze degli ospiti durante la notte, garantendo un servizio rapido ed efficiente.
- Rispondere prontamente a qualsiasi emergenza o situazione insolita.
- Gestire eventuali problemi di manutenzione di base o contattare il personale di manutenzione in caso di necessità.
- Collaborare con il team diurno per garantire un passaggio di consegne fluido e un servizio continuo.
- Compilare e mantenere aggiornati i registri e i rapporti notturni.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza precedente in una posizione simile preferita, ma non essenziale.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e gestire situazioni di stress.
- Conoscenza di base delle procedure di sicurezza e di emergenza.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e inglese,
- Competenza nell'uso dei sistemi di gestione alberghiera e dei software di front office.

- Forte senso di responsabilità e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Capacità di problem solving e di prendere decisioni rapide.
- Orientamento al cliente e passione per l'ospitalità.
