In base all'esperienzaLa persona selezionata, sarà responsabile di garantire la gestione regolare e di successo di una serie di progetti educativi, tra cui programmi di formazione per insegnanti e workshop per studenti. Si occuperà di ampliare e gestire una rete di partenariati con le parti interessate del settore dell’istruzione. Questi progetti e partenariati condividono l’obiettivo comune di coinvolgere un pubblico più ampio con il nostro lavoro in tutto il mondo e con un modello educativo innovativo.

**Compiti/Responsabilità**:
**Gestione di progetti educativi**
- Con il supporto dei colleghi responsabili per la creazione dei contenuti formativi, supervisionare il lancio e la crescita di una serie di corsi di formazione asincroni per gli insegnanti della scuola pubblica italiana.
- Inserire il catalogo dei corsi nella piattaforma nazionale SOFIA e gestire l’amministrazione dei partecipanti e il pagamento delle loro quote di iscrizione
- Coordinare il team di colleghi interni che “conducono” virtualmente i corsi di formazione per insegnanti per assicurarne un esito efficiente ed efficace
- Diffondere Insieme, programma Still I Rise di laboratori per studenti, a decine di migliaia di studenti in Italia e non solo, gestendo e formando la nostra rete di referenti didattici volontari che si rivolgono alle scuole per far conoscere il programma gratuito.
- Pianificare e socializzare la Strategia di espansione di Insieme in nuovi territori e Paesi
- Monitorare e valutare il programma Insieme, collaborando con i nostri specialisti della didattica per migliorarlo continuamente
- Gestire eventi e iniziative educative con i nostri partner

**Gestione ed espansione delle partnership**
- Gestire ed espandere una rete di partenariati educativi con soggetti interessati, tra cui membri del ministero, università, ricercatori, scuole internazionali e organizzazioni private con valori allineati.
- Raggiungere i dirigenti scolastici in Italia e a San Marino per implementare le loro iniziative ispirate agli aspetti del modello Still I Rise.
- Identificare le basi strategiche e preparare la selezione per programmi di formazione pubblica degli insegnanti nei nostri Paesi di operatività, con l’obiettivo di coinvolgere un milione di studenti nei prossimi cinque anni
- Facilitare due progetti di ricerca sulle nostre scuole internazionali che saranno condotti da istituzioni esterne.
- Gestire l’afflusso di contatti da parte di soggetti interessati, individuando i casi in cui è possibile creare connessioni di valore.
- Mantenere un registro accurato di tutte le partnership e le iniziative e reportistica richiesta

**Requisiti e Abilità Essenziali**:

- Passione per rivoluzionare i sistemi educativi tradizionali tramite metodi innovativi ed originali
- mentalità proattiva e ambiziosa per promuovere i progetti e programmi di Still I Rise ed accrescere visibilità a livello nazionale e globale
- Ottima conoscenza delle lingue inglese ed italiana, verbale e scritto
- Esperienza di gestione di progetti nel settore dell’istruzione
- Esperienza nella gestione e nella formazione di colleghi
- Capacità dimostrata di perseguire obiettivi multipli in un ambiente complesso, sviluppando processi e pratiche che consentano di raggiungere tali obiettivi e coinvolgendo colleghi nei programmi.
- Tendenza a svolgere con successo le responsabilità e diverse attività sia in modalità indipendente che attraverso il lavoro di square come parte di un team globale, remoto
- Eccellente dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di Google Suite e di strumenti di presentazione, tra cui Canva.

- Esperienza di lavoro con popolazioni vulnerabili
