**About the Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Main Activities**:

- Support in Planning, organization and performance of the necessary trials and experiments to deliver product and process development projects that meet defined requirements;
- Support in the creation and ownership of the industrial recipes for the products under its responsibility;
- Provide support on project implementation from concept, industrialisation to product launch;
- Leverage product & process expertise on Kinder products that could be made with wafer, creams and different ingredients via lab trials, scale-up trials, factory and supplier’s trials, taste trials.

**Additional Activities**:

- Identify new ingredients suitable for the Kinder moulded products & develop new recipes according to Kinder guidelines;
- Ensure optimum organoleptic characteristics of new Kinder products throughout shelf-life;
- Communicate clearly & share Knowledge / Best Practices with peers;
- Ensure Compliance with all Kinder moulded specifications;
- Support in the definition of key technological parameters to produce new Kinder products;
- Continuously improve existing manufacturing processes through LEAN & AGILE methods;
- Efficient collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Plants technologists, Quality Dept., R&D Raw & Pack materials Dept.;
- Work in strict cooperation with R&D Labs. and Projects Teams.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**
- Master’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field;
- 1-5 years of work experience in R&D, quality or technical position with subsequent experiences preferred in Chocolate Moulding /Cereals & Wafer baking;
- Strong communication with technical & commercial teams are considered a plus;
- Passionate for our products, consumers and category
- Knowledge of Chemical, Microbiologist, Sensory and Nutritional Analysis, industrial process
- Result-oriented, Problem Solving as well as attention to details are key;
- Team working oriented.

**IT Skills**
- Excellent command of PC (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

**Languages**
- Fluent in Italian
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are considered a plus
