**Digital Workplace Service Manager**

La risorsa coordinerà a livello internazionale attività e risorse a supporto del Workplace IT.

Nello specifico:

- gestirà progetti informatici e la loro messa in servizio, dall'analisi all'implementazione, con le complessità derivanti dalla pluralità di progetti nelle diverse aree di business e di sviluppo dell'azienda
- individuerà e formalizzerà gli obiettivi e i requisiti di progetto, così come le caratteristiche dei deliverable del progetto
- manterrà i rapporti con tutte le sedi del Gruppo
- contribuirà alla gestione e al coordinamento del parco fornitori IT
- si occuperà dello stato di avanzamento del progetto, gestendo problemi e strategie di mitigazione del rischio, verifica rispetto al budget e reporting

Si richiede:

- Autonomia nella gestione dei progetti IT
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di Project Management, degli strumenti ITSM e dei relativi processi
- Comprovata capacità di gestire architetture distribuite e problemi di integrazione
- Conoscenza di base di Cloud & Infrastructure, in particolare Azure
- Conoscenza della suite MS Office 365
- Conoscenza di strumenti di collaborazione video come Zoom e Microsoft Teams
- Organizzazione efficiente ed efficace del team di progetto e/o dei fornitori
- Capacità di identificare e controllare le metriche del progetto
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
