- JUWI has been present in the Italian market since 2007, it is based in Verona, in the north of the country, in an excellent position close to all major transport networks. JUWI brings together all the partners you need to complete your renewable energy projects.
We build projects that integrate harmoniously with the environment. JUWI has the necessary engineering expertise, several years of centralized experience in project management and trade as well as organizational skills. Most importantly, from the outset we work together with all relevant partners to develop a strategy that integrates a wide variety of different interests for the benefit of everyone.
The Italian team, assisted by the expertise of the JUWI group, covers the entire production chain: planning, construction and operational management. We leverage our expertise and experience to design high-performance, large-scale photovoltaic systems, allowing the lowest energy cost but maximizing the profits of those who invested in the project. The technical, procurement and construction teams work closely with suppliers to develop and deliver high-quality components.

**Project Development Controller (M/F/d)**: full time - unlimited

**Your Tasks**:
**Objectives**
The Project Cost Controller is responsible for managing the cost controlling function for projects under development for the Italian business unit. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will manage the projects’ P&L, revenue recognition, the budget and the forecast of the PV Projects

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Cost controlling for PV projects development pipeline in Italy
- Supporting project manager(s) on budgeting/forecasting
- Support the preparation of project plans and liquidity forecasts
- Ensure liquidity plan for PV projects is up to date
- Creation of financial models to evaluate new opportunities
- Reporting to Management of development pipeline status
- Preparation of teasers and presentations when required
- Keeping updated the Company system data for PV projects
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Engineering
- 1-3 years’ experience in similar positions
- Experience in the renewable energy sector or other assimilated sector preferrable
- Advanced skills for Excel and MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, self-organized and disciplined
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail; good project management and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
