**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
You will be operating in the Financial Planning and Controlling Team and will take part into the whole handling and completion of the contract management database. You will also support the contract management team with the qualification procedures of BCG as “supplier”.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Updating of the contract management database by analyzing autonomously all clients’ contracts and related Annexes and by inferring the main legal and finance aspects for a timely and correct completion of the contract management database;
- Liaising with the global departments responsible for the contract management database and supporting them in understanding local signature and contracting procedures;
- Managing the whole qualification process towards the clients by both completing the online questionnaires (including customers’ sustainability questionnaires) and collecting and uploading the required documents/certificates;
- Managing all client portals keeping them active and updated;
- Supporting the Contract Management Team in the preparation of administrative modules required for the participation in both public and private tenders.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- University degree completed or ongoing in Law;
- Good proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in Italian and English (C1);
- Cooperative approach, ability to work in team;
- Attention to details and accuracy.

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Members of our finance team are responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG. We make a decisive impact on the firm’s direction, performance, and risk-management models. Finance jobs include accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, tax and treasury, financial systems, payroll, and executive compensation.
