Our Marketing Associate should design, implement, execute and monitor marketing strategies for all channels for MiItalia
- an online e-commerce marketplace for fashion and accessories as well as a shopping guide for tourists in various travel destinations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and implement paid advertising campaigns locally and lead digital marketing campaigns for increasing brand awareness and presence.

2. Aggressive and strategic marketing to target tourists arriving in Italy for our app.

3. Acquire new customers from the global online shopping community for our website.

4. Build relationship with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.

5. Design and review marketing department budget

6. Present marketing metrics to CEO/Founder

7. Identify challenges and opportunities for growth

8. Set short and long term marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficiency in English and knowing Italian will be an asset.
- Should have 7+ years of experience in the fashion industry/working with fashion brands.
- Have a solid understanding of the European, US and Asian fashion market
- Should be able to develop and execute digital marketing plans
- Should be able to manage the digital marketing budgets to achieve the business objectives set by the management

**About the Company**:
MiItalia is an online marketplace where tourists and shoppers are connected to boutiques to experience luxury Italian fashion. Every product is crafted by Italian artisans and industry experts, and get access to the diversified collections of apparel and accessories from the streets of Italy.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 20100 Milano: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
