**THE POSITION**:
As a Regional Project Manager, you are a passionate advocate to align franchise strategy and activities between office based and customer facing groups.
Ensure the awareness of customer needs to office based cross-functional team (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access, Sales), then translating into new projects and leveraging it for partnership development.

***Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Understand the different regional environment for providing tailored business solutions, ensuring customer centric approach and strategy’s consistency at national level
- Coordinate cross functional roles (Sales Reps/DMs/Ram/MSL) and foster innovative approach in franchise tactical implementation
- Responsible for evaluating, designing and coordinating of potential local activities (regional business plan), monitoring and support the execution
- Lead the whole process of collection and analysis of local customer/competitor insights to advice the office based cross-functional team and inspire customer added value projects
- Cooperate with brand managers and medical department in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for products under his/her responsibility and territory area
- Understand real life patient flow and work together with franchise team to fully exploit market potential: by increasing early diagnosis/early treatment and/or changing treatment algorithms for the better treatment of patients

***Requirements**:

- Scientific Master’s degree
- 3 years of experience in marketing and sales each in pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry processes, pharma laws and regulations
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong digital skills (including manipulating Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Planning and organization skills (project management)
- Business and marketing acumen
- Ability to think strategically and to lead (lateral leadership)
- Innovative mindset and customer orientation Interpersonal and good communication skills
