Per la propria struttura interna, KPMG Business services s.r.l. è alla ricerca di un professionista da inserire nel dipartimento di **Talent Development**. La posizione è a diretto riporto del Talent Development Manager, e si concentrerà sulle principali attività di sviluppo del personale su una popolazione complessiva di circa 5.000 persone. In particolare, la risorsa dovrà:

- Gestire il processo annuale di Performance Development, garantendone la tempestiva esecuzione e proponendo miglioramenti per allinearlo alle evoluzioni dell’organizzazione ed alla cultura dell’Open feedback;
- Gestire il processo di Feedback 360, ampliandone l’adozione all’interno dell’organizzazione e potenziandone l’utilizzo nella definizione dei percorsi di sviluppo individuali;
- Collaborare al processo di valutazione del potenziale ed al processo di succession planning;
- Impostare percorsi di sviluppo individuale e per categoria professionale, sia in ottica di succession planning che di retention preventiva;
- Individuare e proporre nuovi processi e strumenti per la valutazione e lo sviluppo delle persone;
- Collaborare con gli HR Manager per garantire il presidio delle popolazioni di riferimento, concordare le attività ed aggiornare sugli sviluppi;
- Collaborare con la funzione Global Talent per individuare nuove iniziative in linea con le esigenze della struttura italiana (raccolte direttamente o dalla condivisione con gli HR Manager locali);
- Valutare i fornitori esistenti, individuare nuovi fornitori per ampliare e rafforzare il ventaglio di strumenti offerto.
- Esperienza professionale in ruoli di HR Development di circa 3-5 anni;
- Laurea triennale/magistrale;
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Powerpoint;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità relazionali, doti di ascolto ed empatia;
- Ottime capacità di navigare l’organizzazione e di individuare le priorità;
- Concreta attitudine al team-working, capacità di problem solving e gestione dello stress.

For its internal structure, KPMG Business Services s.r.l. is seeking a professional to join the **Talent Development department**. The position reports directly to the Talent Development Manager and will focus on key personnel development activities for a total population of about 5,000 people. In particular, the resource will be responsible for:
Managing the annual Performance Development process, ensuring timely execution and proposing improvements to align it with organizational developments and the culture of Open feedback;
Managing the 360-degree Feedback process, expanding its adoption within the organization and enhancing its use in defining individual development paths;
Collaborating in the potential assessment process and succession planning;
Designing individual development paths and paths for professional categories, both in terms of succession planning and preventive retention;
Identifying and proposing new processes and tools for people evaluation and development;
Collaborating with HR Managers to ensure the monitoring of reference populations, agreeing on activities, and providing updates on developments;
Collaborating with the Global Talent function to identify new initiatives in line with the needs of the Italian structure (collected directly or through sharing with local HR Managers);
Evaluating existing suppliers, identifying new suppliers to expand and strengthen the range of tools offered.
- Professional experience in HR Development roles of about 3-5 years;
- Bachelor's or master's degree;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and empathy;
- Excellent ability to navigate the organization and identify priorities;
- Concrete attitude towards teamwork, problem-solving skills, and stress management.
