Skills and experiences
- Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT
- Esperienza di gestione di team di risorse (interne ed esterne)
- Esperienza di gestione cliente, compresa documentazione e comunicazione con gli stakeholder di progetto
- Conoscenza di tecniche e strumenti di gestione di progetto (GANTT, WBS, PERT, SH registry etc.)
- Esperienza nella gestione degli economics di commessa

Costituiscono valore aggiunto:

- Certificazioni PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PRINCE 2, PSM I/II, ITIL4 Managing Professional
- Esperienze in ambito di sviluppo software con conoscenza del SDLC e degli strumenti a supporto
- Esperienza di utilizzo delle suite Atlassian, Quality Center, Azure DevOps o equivalenti
- Inglese fluente

What you'll do
- Avrai la responsabilità di tutte le fasi di progetto, come il supporto alla prevendita, la pianificazione delle attività, la calendarizzazione delle durate
- Gestirai le risorse di progetto con particolare attenzione allo scheduling e alla gestione degli economics di commessa, garantendo i margini attesi
- Coordinerai e guiderai la consegna della soluzione progettuale nel rispetto di costi, tempi e qualità, monitorandone l’andamento e tracciandone gli avanzamenti con l’opportuna reportistica
- Gestirai il rapporto con il cliente e gli stakeholder di progetto, curandone i rapporti e la comunicazione
- Monitorerai rischi, impegni e cambiamenti critici del progetto, intervenendo a fronte del concretizzarsi di uno o più di questi e mettendo in campo le azioni preventive per la riduzione degli stessi.
- Supervisionerai la raccolta e il tracciamento dei requisiti di business e l’aderenza agli stessi di quanto realizzato in fase di progetto
- Supporterai i clienti nella gestione dei processi, monitorando il programma per soddisfare le aspettative concordate e comunicarle agli stessi
- Produrrai la reportistica di progetto a tracciamento degli avanzamenti, cambiamenti ed evoluzioni
